The 2025 Empowerment & Policy Conference & Gala, presented by the Urban League of Louisiana, will take place October 28–30, 2025 at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center. This year’s conference theme is “UNITE: A call for Louisiana to close divides and build pathways to shared prosperity, justice, and opportunity.” and will bring together leaders, advocates, and changemakers to advance equity and opportunity across Louisiana.

The Empowerment & Policy Conference takes place
