Urban League of Louisiana’s Workforce Development serves as one of the organization’s economic engines, providing individuals with the tools they need to thrive in today’s workforce and to help grow Louisiana’s pool of qualified workers. Our Workforce Development team serves unemployed and underemployed career seekers aged 16 and above who are residents of the Metro New Orleans, East Baton Rouge, Shreveport, and Monroe areas, working with them to help them transition to employment.
